The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is competent in producing, use, recognition and analysis of ultrasound images and protocol used for patient diagnosis and treatment. The practitioner must be knowledgeable in ultrasound physics and instrumentation, normal anatomy and pathological variants.
Qualified candidates will possess:
Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound program
One year scanning experience preferred
RDMS certification
Valid BLS-CPR certification required upon hire; must be maintained thereafter.
Strong customer service skills
Able to handle a multi task environment
Basic PC skills such as Windows NT, and computerized Ultrasound equipment

Work Schedule:
PRN; this position will primarily cover evening and weekend hours, as needed.
