Qualified candidates will possess:
*Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare, or related field required
*Master's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred
*At least two years' experience with program planning, coordination, and evaluation related to health disparities and community health needs assessment
*Familiarity with Community Benefit requirements and regulations (state and federal)
*Ability to collaborate on the timely and accurate compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines and standards including Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs),
*Knowledge of program planning and evaluation as well as health outcomes reporting
*Knowledge of community resources and services, and culturally and linguistically competent methods to improve access to health care and reduce health disparities
*Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
*Excellent facilitation and communication (written and oral) skills
*Knowledge and experience with PC/Windows work environment and applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
*Ability to learn and work with new software applications
