Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for execution of all day-to-day marketing activity on both the corporate level and in support of commercial real estate sales/leasing/financing teams. The scope of responsibilities includes all aspects of marketing the various divisions of the company, its investment sales agents, and listings on the market. Role will involve assisting with advertising, online marketing, website updates, collateral materials, signage, social media, event marketing, database/direct marketing, and budget. The Marketing Manager will be updating/optimizing existing marketing elements, as well as generating new strategies to increase the firms exposure and strengthen our brand.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

B.A. in Marketing, PR, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
MUST BE HIGHLY PROFICIENT WITH ADOBE INDESIGN, PowerPoint and other desktop
publishing software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Excellent writing, communication, and research skills
Knowledge of MS Office suite
Highly proactive problem solver and independent thinker
Attention to detail and the ability work under pressure
Ability to multi-task on deadline/strong work ethic
Previous experience in Marketing, Communications is a plus
Knowledge of/interest in real estate a plus
